Payment Methods

Q: What types of payment method do you accept?
A: We accept online bank transfer, credit card and debit card payment.

Q: What are the payment gateways available?
A: We currently accept online payment methods as stipulated in our Payment Methods & Policies. Our online payment service is provided and operated by MOLPay Sdn Bhd.

 

Order Status

Q: How do I know if my order is successful?
A: First, you will receive an e-mail of “order under processing”. Our partnered travel agencies will check the availability and we will send a second e-mail confirming your order has upon successful together with your order details within the processing period (once the travel agencies confirmed the availability). The confirmation e-mail will be a validation of your order has successfully reached us. In the occasion that you did not receive any e-mail confirmation, please login to your account and check your booking status.

Q: I've successfully made a payment but I still haven't received my “order under processing” email?
A: The email would have been sent within the same day (from Packist). If you have not received any email from us, please email us at enquiry@packist.com or contact us at +603-2742 7889. We will reply you the soonest.

Q: My computer froze while processing payment. How do I know if my payment made is successful?
A: All successful transactions will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your order details. If you have not received any confirmation via e-mail, please email us at enquiry@packist.com or send us a message to our Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/PackistTravel). Alternatively, please contact Customer Service to confirm your order placement.

Q: Is it safe to provide my banking account number on your site?
A: Yes! We do not store any banking account information on our site because we understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important.

 

Voucher usage

Q: How can I apply the voucher code redeemed during sign up?
A: You can apply the voucher code upon tour booking checkout.
