1. Validity: within 30 days from date of purchase .
2. Booking validity : Now until 31st December 2018
3. Adult is defined as 13 years old and above . Child is defined as 04 to 12 years old.
4. Free of charges for children below 4 years old
5. All Voucher MUST redeem from our company at least 3 working day before your visit date (Walk-in is not applicable to used ).
6. Last minute booking will not be entertained .
7. Failure to comply will result in no E-Voucher issuance.

Amendment & Cancellation Policy:-

• E-vouchers are non - refundable for cancellation of utilized or unutilised services .
• There will be no cancellation or amendments after E-Ticket issued.
• No replacement or extension for expired E-vouchers will be given.

Payment Policy:-

• Full payment to be paid upon confirmation.
• Payments made by cheque, telegraphic and bank transfer are only valid upon the proof of the transfer being forwarded to The Company. All bookings shall only be valid upon the confirmation of clearance by respective bank.

Redemption Instructions:-

Email to us the following details to redeem  e-Ticket:

1. Full Name as IC / Passport (Only lead traveler)
2. Nationality
3. Mobile number
4. Order Number
5. Product Name
6. Purchase Date
7. Booking Voucher Code

How to use:-

1. We will send e-Ticket to you within 3 days after we received your email.
2. E-ticket must be printed out and pass to Redemption Counter
3. Ticket Counter has the right not to entertained those who not print the E-Ticket
4. Please bring your MyKad/MyKid/Passport ( Foreign Traveller only) for verification purpose .
5. For Non-MyKad who purchased MyKad ticket will need to purchase separate ticket at the counter.
