4. All the tour and transfer based on private arrangement .
5. Extra Bed is Not applicable in this package room type .
6. Effective 1 September 2017, the mandatory RM10 Tourism Tax (TTx) will be imposed on all hotel room rates on a per room per night basis to all non-Malaysian guests. This is in addition to the existing 10% Service Charge 
7. We strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance before departure.
8. All request for accommodations, car hire and services are subject to availability.
9. In case if the hotel is unavailable, other similar class hotel shall be provided.
10. Any extension, upgrade, meals, hotels, supplement for flight or etc. is subject to surcharge apply.
11. All prices and itinerary are subject to change with or without prior notice if there is currency fluctuation, local agent cost revised or changes, not valid during High Seasons, Public Holiday & Long Weekend, etc.
12. No refund or reduction will be made to any person who does not participate in any meal, sightseeing or accommodation during the course of the ground arrangement.

Amendment & Cancellation Policy:-

• Any change in departure date / hotel / special request for ground arrangement will be charge RM200 per amendment per pax.
• All amendment subject to availability.
• Deposit is strictly non-refundable if cancel without a valid reason or proof of documents support.
• Any cancellation received between 22-30 days prior to departure date will incur a 50% tour fare charge.
• Any cancellation received within 21 days prior to departure date will incur a 100% tour fare charge.
• No Show or Cancellation after Guaranteed will be charged 100% of total amount.

Payment Policy:-

• Full payment must be made upon reservation.
• Payments made by cheque, telegraphic and bank transfer are only valid upon the proof of the transfer being forwarded to The Company. All bookings shall only be valid upon the confirmation of clearance by respective bank.

Passport and Visa :-

• It is every passenger’s responsibility to carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas when travelling. Please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months beyond the duration of your holiday.

Remarks:-

Cable Car System will have its Yearly Closure starting from 1st – 14th April 2019 (14 days closure). Therefore, please take note that SkyCab, SkyBridge and SkyGlide will be closed to public during the period. However, the operation for other products: SkyDome, SkyRex, 6D Cinemotion, SkyBoutique, 3D Art Langkawi, Time Travel, SkyAdventure Park and One Stop Center are not affected and will be operating as usual.
