Driver cum guide provided for below 10 pax.
Mandarin Speaking Tour Guide is provided. An additional surcharge of RM100/day will be applied if request for English Speaking Driver cum Guide.
Deluxe coach will be provided only if there is 25 pax & above.
Additional RM25/pax is needed for each meal required.
Child with bed and Child no bed are sharing with 2 adults in a room.
We strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance before departure.
All request for accommodations, car hire and services are subject to availability.
In case if the hotel is unavailable, other similar class hotel shall be provided.
Any extension, upgrade, meals, hotels, supplement for flight or etc. is subject to surcharge apply.
All prices and itinerary are subject to change with or without prior notice if there is currency fluctuation, local agent cost revised or changes, not valid during High Seasons, Public Holiday & Long Weekend, etc.
The above itineraries are for your reference, the actual sequences of the sightseeing tour may be altered for smooth flow of the overall program.
No refund or reduction will be made to any person who does not participate in any meal, sightseeing or accommodation during the course of the ground arrangement.
No replacement or refund for places of interest which are not open during public holidays.
Amendment & Cancellation Policy:-
Any change in departure date will be construed as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges will apply.
Cancellation of booking must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.
Deposit is strictly non-refundable if cancel without a valid reason or proof of documents support.
If the company receives notice to cancel 15 days or more before the date of a departure, a minimum administrative fee of 35% of the tour fare per person will be levied. If notice of the cancellation is received 2 days or less before the date of departure, 100% of the tour fare per person will be levied.
No Show or Cancellation after Guaranteed will be charged 100% of total amount.
Deposit of 30% per person to be paid upon reservation.
Full payment must be made 30 days before departure.
Payments made by cheque, telegraphic and bank transfer are only valid upon the proof of the transfer being forwarded to The Company. All bookings shall only be valid upon the confirmation of clearance by respective bank.
