  • Passport and Visa :-

    • It is every passenger’s responsibility to carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas when travelling. Please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months beyond the duration of your holiday.

       
  • AIRPORT TRANSFER :-
    • SIC Airport tranfer is available from 7.00am - 8.00pm (package included)
    • PRIVATE Airport transfer is available at extra cost on top of package rate : Additional AUD 145.00 per way (7or 13 seater coach)

       
  • EXTENSION NIGHT CHARGES :
    • Twin room : RM 550.00 per room per night
    • Triple room : RM 742.00 per room per night
    • Single room : RM 497.00 per room per night

Booking fee :-

  • Booking deposit will be refunded if the tour package is Not Materialized.

Terms and conditions:-

  1. Minimum 2 to go
  2. Validity: 01 December 2017 - 31 January 2018                                       
  3. Child with bed and Child No Bed are sharing with 2 adults in a room. 
  4. FIT pcakage is runs by Sit In Coach which means there will be mixture of passengers who join the tour.
  5. Pick up & Drop off time is fixed, travelers are to wait as per instruction at least 10min prior to stated departure time.
  6. Infants below 2yrs old are not charged hence no seat is allocated and no meals will be provided to infants. 
  7. Package is runs by SIT IN COACH basis which means there will be mixture of passengers who join the tour.
  8. No departure transfer will be provived for passengers extanding on their own or deviating from the package.
  9. We strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance before departure.         
  10. All request for accommodations, car hire and services are subject to availability.
  11. Any extension, upgrade, meals, hotels, supplement for flight or etc is subject to surcharge apply
  12. No departure transfer will be provided for passengers extending on their own or deviating from the package.
  13. In case if the hotel is unavailable, other similar class hotel shall be provided.
  14. The company does not responsible for any of the inconvenience due to they delay for the transfer runs by other coach companies.
  15. In the event of the selected tour is not operated due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to offer pax an alternative replacement tour or refund of tour cost
  16. All prices and itinerary are subject to change with or without prior notice if there is currency fluctuation, local agent cost revised or changes, not valid during High Seasons, Public Holiday & Long Weekend, etc         
  17. No refund or reduction will be made to any person who does not participate in any meal, sightseeing or accommodation during the course of the ground arrangement.     

Amendment & Cancellation Policy:-

  • Any change in departure date will be construed as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges will apply
  • Deposit is strictly non-refundable if cancel without a valid reason or proof of documents support.
  • Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to departure date will incur a 100% tour fare charge
  • No Show or Cancellation after Guaranteed will be charged 100% of total amount.

Payment Policy:-

  • Deposit of 50% per person to be paid upon reservation.
  • Full payment must be made 30 days before departure..
  • Payments made by cheque, telegraphic and bank transfer are only valid upon the proof of the transfer being forwarded to The Company. All bookings shall only be valid upon the confirmation of clearance by respective bank.
