Definitely, we only use the safest payment gateway powered by MOLpay. You can purchase through computer or mobile, as long as there is internet connection.

You’ll receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed.

Within 7 days, we’ll notify by sending you an email on the status of your purchase.

  • For successful purchase, we’ll require traveller’s information and also email verification.
  • If your sale can’t be completed, which usually occurs when your booking date is not available, we will contact you via phone call and suggest another travelling date or another same value offer.

Under certain terms & conditions, if you’re not satisfied with our packages, we will gladly issue you a refund. However, we strongly recommend you to read and understand the terms & conditions to avoid misunderstanding and miscommunication. Not at the moment. Users are allowed to buy one at a time due to complexity.

There are some items that required additional payment for tipping or taxes. Normally the display price is for single pax. But sometimes the required purchased pax is 2, hence the price difference.
